Best Dentist practice around, with a friendly staff that actually cares about you. Dr. Keene knows his stuff. They measure and fit you for a crown in the same couple of hours. No temp crown and no second appointment. What a time saver. Plenty of no hassle parking and appointment starts when they schedule you. Great people and a great place.
Dentist come and go here. Sometimes the wait time can be an hour. The staff seem to have an issue with answering questions or just not listening.

I am giving Keene Family Dental 1 star, only because Google will not let me submit a review with 0 stars. My whole family came in to get dental work done. They cut us a discount which was great and my wife decided to pay upfront for all work. After a week I decided to hold out on my teeth for a few months because I was waiting on dental insurance from work. They agreed to refund us back my portion of work in the form of a check. A month passes and no refund. I called and they said that since we paid via credit card, it would have to be refunded back to the card. I asked why it was taking so long because now I am paying a month's worth of interest when they could have cut me a check like they said they would. They told me it was corporate policy to refund payment back the way it was received. When I asked for the corporate name number, they were not allowed to give out that info. I do not know what kind of a shady business Keene Family Dental is running, but anyone who is run by "Corporate" and they can't give me any of their "Corporate" info sounds very sketchy to me. They called me back and said that they just asked for a refund from the creditor and I should be receiving the funds in 24-48 hours. I wonder why they waited a whole month to do it and only when I called did they get the ball rolling. Thanks Keene Family Dental for your shady work ethic. I now am having to eat a month of credit card interest. Never will I go back or recommend them to anyone. STAY CLEAR! You have been warned.
Too crowded.. office staff rude. Changed my whole families dentist. Just went back to my old dentist longer drive in granbury tx but worth it for the hospitality and smiles!
