I went in there today to get information on the RV park. The young lady behind the counter was truly a pleasure to talk to. She was very pleasant and professional. She really knows customer service. She told me she is also in an internship program furthering her education. Good luck to her. She will make an amazing medical professional.
If a movie skips an yu arent able to watch it they dont make any attempts to make up for the money yu easted on a movie yu couldnt watch!
They make their own hours don't know what hours to go by . ...Because the hours that they have posted apparently are subject to change. I walked upto the door 1 hour and 10 minutes before close and she locked the door in my face
The Lady who works the front desk on Tuesday mornings allows customers to call in and she will hold the new movies for them until they can come in, and skips over the customers who are already there trying to rent movies. When confronted on the situation, just responded with they can't come in right now. Last i checked it was first come first serve and she is always rude. I don't understand how she still has a job.
