My experience with Zacharias Real Estate was positive until they wrongfully kept most of my deposit. They claimed that I took or removed exit signs that were not in the property when I began my lease. I also had the grass mowed during my final week of occupancy. They charged me $60 to have someone mow the grass. I cannot recommend doing business with them.
I have contacted them twice for them to come fix a gas leak at my mobile home... Once i reached them after hours called the emergency number no answer no call back nothing from them i went last monday to pay didnt have the exact changed asked jennifer if she could just leave the extra $5 for next month said she wasnt going to take it like that "to go buy myself something then come back" reminded her about my gas leak said she had heard the message which was back on easterbut that i had to tell them so i told her again she said she would mark it down but didnt know when they could come fix it... I really think they pick and choose who they wanna be nice to because my sister rents from them also and she calls for anything the next day they are out to fix it... Idk but jennifer is really rude to me!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND! These people are so rude. They have given my husband and I the run around for 3 days now. Because I mentioned that we had a cat to Jennifer we were not even allowed to LOOK at the rental property. (Even after stating that we were rehoming the cat) She had already told the homeowner that we had a pet & we were told we could not see the house.
Not too bad, they take care of biz!!
