In the last two years it's run down.
Zero up keep, the laundry mat never has dryers that work, nor washers.
Theyer so cheap I kid you not they have toilets that don't even have seats.
Me and my husband stayed here for a year and the whole time the lady at the office was always rude and didn't exactly make it easy to talk to. And to be told they wouldn't take a payment because my husband wouldn't get paid until the 20th of this month to pay the rest. She doesn't consider people own life or will she be kind to any young couple. Everyone we talk to have had nothing but bad to say about this lady. I honestly can say spend your money else where. The people at the video place are amazing and very kind. Also the maintenance guy Juan is just a good guy and is way much easier to confront then the lady at the office.
Overall, I think this is a great RV park. It is very quiet throughout the day and night. The pools are well maintained and very nice. The internet service and cable provided with the price are both more than adequate for my needs. The staff has been helpful.
Wow you can buy a seat for $10.00.
I'd be imbarresed to have such a once nice place and not update it.
The management is very uncaring. Asked the ground people to replace light and the answer I got was "more important things need to be done". Price too high . Trailers not far enough apart. Neighbors loud and rude. Have to pay electric and could not believe 28 days was $91. I did not pay that as they could not give me detailed proof. Place is very far out. 17 miles to closest wal Mart and downtown Burleson. Only stated one month as it was too far away from everything. Also closest quick t was 8-10 miles away
Very nice and clean park. Nice pond to fish in and 2 swimming pools. Defiantly recommend
